From the fishing port to your dining table, delicious mackerel is just a simple click away.
Directly from Nanfang'ao Fishing Port, our seafood is sent straight to the factory for packaging immediately after landing, ensuring your peace of mind when shopping and consuming. We will contact you via Line after your order is placed.
Shipping Options
All orders are delivered via -18℃ refrigerated express delivery. You may specify a delivery window from Monday to Friday; no deliveries are available on Saturdays or Sundays.

Xinfusheng uses Black Cat and Taisafe (Dajung) refrigerated delivery services to ensure the freshness of our products.

Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be uniformly arranged for shipment on the following business day.

If you have a preferred delivery time, please place your order as early as possible so we can arrange it for you. Afternoon orders can only be arranged to the best of our ability. The precise delivery time will be subject to the delivery personnel's contact with the recipient. We apologize for any potential delays.
How to Ship

Black Cat Taiwan Main Island: NT$300 for refrigerated delivery. (Prices may vary by region; please refer to the actual quotation or call for inquiries.)

Black Cat Outlying Islands: NT$400 for refrigerated delivery. (Prices may vary by region; please refer to the actual quotation or call for inquiries.)

Kerry Express: NT$250 for refrigerated delivery. (Prices may vary by region; please refer to the actual quotation or call for inquiries.)
Service Area

Black Cat Courier (Taiwan Main Island): Delivery is limited to the main island of Taiwan.

Black Cat Courier (Outlying Islands): Shipping is calculated per box up to 20kg; weights exceeding 20kg will be charged separately.

Kerry Express: Delivery is limited to the main island of Taiwan.
Shipping Time

For orders without a specified delivery date: Products will be delivered within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) after the order is confirmed.

For orders with a specified delivery date: Products will be delivered on your chosen date. Please note that delivery cannot be scheduled for Saturdays or Sundays.

For orders placed during holidays: These orders will be uniformly scheduled by the system, with the earliest available delivery date being the next business day.

Due to the freshness of our products and the fact that all direct-from-origin items are fresh stock, Cash on Delivery (COD) service is currently not available.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, fresh food products are not subject to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and do not qualify for a 7-day appreciation period. All products are shipped in a frozen state at -18℃. Upon receipt, please help us inspect the goods for any signs of thawing.

If you have any concerns regarding damage, defects, or other issues with the product, please take photos as proof and upload your concerns and photos via our "Contact Us" page within 1 day of delivery. A dedicated representative will assist you with return and exchange matters. We regret that requests submitted past this deadline cannot be processed.

When requesting a return or exchange, please ensure the completeness of the product itself, any free gifts, inner and outer packaging, invoice, and all accompanying documents. Any missing or damaged items will result in the refusal of the return/exchange application.

Returns or exchanges due to personal subjective factors (such as aroma, size, sweetness, color, texture, disliking the product, finding it not tasty, etc.) that are not product defects cannot be processed. Please consider and inquire carefully before placing your order!
Return & Exchange Process

When you call, please provide us with the platform you purchased from and your order number. If you purchased through social media, please provide your full name.

After our customer service representative confirms your order, they will confirm the reason for the return/exchange and the condition of the product with you.

Once the return and processing method are confirmed, please provide a date, address, and contact information for the return pickup.

We will arrange for Black Cat Ta-Q-Bin to pick up the return from your specified date and address.

After the returned product is confirmed to be correct, we will process the refund to your designated bank account within 7 business days.
